Eagle Crest, the most spectacular vista offers proximity to Grandview hall, the Terrace lawn and outdoor seating area, the pool, hot tub and of course the highest altitude for 360° views of the surround mountains.

FALCON RIDGE
Aptly named, Falcon Ridge boasts its own views to the east with mountain ranges and amazing sunrises. Our PLUS sites feature an overhang and easy access for pulling through in a single direction. A select number of Falcon Ridge sites sit close to the Pickle Ball courts for our energetic and competitive guests.

HAWK VALLEY
With views in some areas, and beautiful sites elsewhere near forest trees and shelter, Hawk Valley presents great options for families and great proximity to the dog park. A dedicated trail will take guests to the pickleball courts. There is easy access also to the pool.

Important Notes

Easter Sunday, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day are not open for any check ins or check outs.

Our resort has a TWO-NIGHT MINIMUM stay on Falcon Ridge & Hawk Valley, and a THREE-NIGHT MINIMUM stay on Eagle Crest. On all 3 levels there is a FOUR-NIGHT MINIMUM stay for any major US holiday.

MONTHLY RATES INCLUDE A $150 ELECTRICITY ALLOWANCE. Usage over and above will be charged to your bill.

There is a THREE-MONTH MAXIMUM stay per East Ellijay city residential regulations.

*State of Georgia & City of East Ellijay taxes will be applied to the pricing above.

*A fee of up to $10 is applied for every online booking, no matter the duration.

Deposit Note: All reservations that are 3 nights or less require payment in full at the time the reservation is made. Reservations of 4 nights or longer require a deposit of half the total reservation fee with the remaining balance due 14 days prior to arrival.

Our unique 3-tiered landscape allows for variable pricing on sites. Seasonal high demand dates, including major national holiday weekends may experience an incremental increase in cost per site. Prices are always subject to change. Book early to reserve your spot. Last minute bookings will be subject to availability, as well as higher prices during peak demand.
